Description
The White Yoga Hanging Sheet has soft fabric and padded foam handles. It is intended for controlled aerial positions at home or in a studio where a suitable fixing point has been installed.
Check the fabric, handles, straps and connections before every use. Keep the sheet close to the floor while learning and follow the supplied instructions for fitting it to concrete or wood. Daisy chains are not included unless the product details say otherwise.
The long fabric gives you room to adjust the way it sits around the body, while the padded handles provide several places to hold.
